  • In recent years, Tingko has solidified its position as a precision machining leader. We received updated approval from the Fengxian District Market Supervision Bureau on May 14, 2024, confirming our active status (unified social credit code: 91310120MA1HQ5BW1H). Pursuing IATF16949 certification, we’ve enhanced one-stop services, including surface treatments like PVD and anodizing. Our business philosophy—customer supremacy, integrity, and continuous improvement—drives innovation, with ongoing R&D in micro-part applications for 5G/6G and robotics. Today, we continue to prioritize sustainable operations, exporting high-quality parts while maintaining competitive pricing and on-time delivery.

    2023-Present

  • During the early 2020s, Tingko expanded its capabilities amid global supply chain challenges. We grew our team to approximately 17 professionals, including R&D and quality experts, and invested in around 20 imported machines, including turning-milling composites and five-axis centers. Annual sales reached about 13.33 million RMB, with 40% exported to Europe and America. Key milestones included adopting 24-hour shifts for increased efficiency, implementing advanced inspection tools like Hexagon CMM, and achieving 100% quality coverage. Our focus on Swiss-type machining allowed us to penetrate medical and marine industries, delivering custom parts like valves and connectors with tolerances of 0.001mm.

    2020-2022

  • Tingko (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was founded on November 8, 2018, as a limited liability company specializing in precision Swiss-type CNC machining. With an initial registered capital of 10 million RMB and led by legal representative Cao Shouzhu, we established our headquarters in Fengxian District, Shanghai (registered address: Room 1449, Building 93, No. 4399 Wusi Highway, Haiwan Town; coordinates: 30.8725, 121.6764). Our manufacturing facility opened in Songjiang District (1st Floor, Building 4, No. 399 Minqiang Road, Xinqiao Town; coordinates: 31.0450, 121.2979), leveraging Shanghai’s strategic location near Hongqiao Airport and Shanghai Port for efficient logistics. Starting with a core team of engineers and imported machines like Japan Star SB20R, we focused on high-precision micro parts (minimum diameter 0.3mm), quickly securing contracts in automotive and communications sectors.
