Tingko (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.’s manufacturing workshop, located in Songjiang District, Shanghai, is a modern facility designed for efficient Swiss-type CNC production. Strategically positioned near Hongqiao Airport and Shanghai Port (factory coordinates: 31.0450, 121.2979), our workshop operates 24 hours a day with a skilled 17-member team. Equipped with approximately 20 imported machines, we specialize in high-precision machining, producing micro parts with a minimum diameter of 0.3mm and tolerances of 0.001mm. Our key machines include:

• Japan Star SB20RG: Maximum machining diameter Ø20mm, length 205mm, precision 0.001mm – perfect for batch production of connectors and valves.
• Star SR32: Maximum diameter Ø32mm, length 80mm, precision 0.001mm – ideal for larger transmission components.
• TSUGAMI B0205: Maximum diameter Ø23mm, length 210mm/45mm (no guide), precision 0.002mm – suited for high-volume micro parts.

Our 24-hour production facility, powered by Japan Star SB20R, delivers custom precision parts with 100% on-time reliability for global markets.

The workshop maintains a clean, organized environment with strict safety protocols and an ERP system for workflow optimization. Our team, including operators and engineers, supports rapid prototyping, custom machining based on drawings or samples, and surface treatments like anodizing and PVD.
